Solo Traveler
The physical elements of the hotel including location, cleanliness, comfort, etc. were all great. I don't ask for much, but due to circumstances I left my car with valet with my luggage in it, then went out for a few hours. Upon coming back and checking in, I needed valet to bring my bag up to my room. After waiting 20 min, I called down to see what the hold up was; they had my bag, but the valet and the front desk couldn't coordinate that the name on the valet card is the same as the name on the room, so the bag belonged in said room. So...they were just going to keep the bag downstairs and wonder "what room is this supposed to go to?" I asked for one thing and they failed at meeting that simple request. ...read more

Awesome bar and bartenders. I had a delicious drink called a White China made with their home-made infused Vodka. The bartender also gave us a sample of their home-made bacon-infused Vodka which is featured in their Bloody Mary's, delicious! ...read more

The hotel should only be used for business travelers. Not a fun place at all. Very corporate nice for business travel.

Didn't like the staff at all, they asked me so many questions since the beginning,,,, then checked out and asked me to go back to the hotel to pick up cash from a deposit they took out of my debit card. I was already at the airport, I never heard such a thing.

The Hyatt Regency hotel in Milwaukee was very nice. We had a very nice, modern room which was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the staff who weren't serving me took a minute to say hello and ask how I was doing. The hotel was quiet, and we had no bothersome noise even though there was a group of children staying there.
